Announcing our new Programming and Communications Coordinator - Tori Fleming!

The Board of Directors of the Centre for Art Tapes is pleased to announce the new Programming and Communications Coordinator, Tori Fleming.

Tori graduated with a BFA from NSCAD University in 2009. Since graduating, she has continued her professional practice in both painting and experimental filmmaking. Her films have screened in the Halifax Independent Film Festival, Carbon Arc and Edmonton NEXTfest. She has been awarded multiple grants and awards including the Starfish Properties Award for Film, the CFAT Media Arts Scholarship, and an Arts Nova Scotia Grant.

Tori has been professionally involved with a number of arts organizations including the Anna Leonowens Gallery, Nocturne Art at Night, and the Khyber. She has been a CFAT member since her participation in the Media Arts Scholarship in 2014, and has since continued her involvement with the center participating in the ‘Powerlines’ animation project.
